# Quick Reference

**Quick Reference** manages one workspace link that staff can use without logging in. Recipients can look up product recipes from active retail plans and choose quantities for a combined pull list of flowers and hard goods.

A retail plan is active when the current date falls within its start and end dates. The reference includes individual recipes listed directly in those plans, but not recipes inside groups. It does not include plan templates, inactive plans, or every saved recipe in the Retail Library.

Anyone with the link can open the reference. Product details can include images, descriptions, ingredients, estimated labor time, and Florist Notes displayed as **Notes**. Share it with your team, not as a client-facing catalog. Florist Notes are team-facing information, even when their editor says "for your eyes only."
