# Tasks

The **Tasks** tab keeps work that belongs to the retail plan in the plan you are reviewing. Use it for work such as checking a product quantity, confirming an ingredient delivery, or preparing a display.

The local navigation already associates each new task with this retail plan. Tasks can have assignees, due dates, statuses, and groups, but the plan remains the context for the work.

Tasks in this tab stay with the plan work, products, and buying information they support.
