# History

The **History** tab records changes to the retail plan, including who made a change and when. Workspace owners can use it to investigate a changed product quantity, price, or plan detail. It is a record of changes, not a sales report.

## Filter the changes

Open the plan's **History** tab. Choose one or more values in the filters above the table:

* **Line Item** narrows the results to selected products or other line items.
* **User** shows changes made by selected team members.
* **Action** selects the kinds of changes to review.
* **Target** selects the kinds of records changed.
* **Date range** selects a beginning date and time, an ending date and time, or both.

Select **Apply** after changing the filters. For example, choose a product in **Line Item** and yesterday's dates to review changes to that product during that period. Multiple choices in one filter include any matching choice; filters in different fields narrow the results together.

Select **Clear** to remove the filters and load the first page again. **No history yet** can mean that no rows match the filters, so clear them before concluding that there are no recorded changes.

## Read and expand a row

The table identifies the user, time, action, target, line item, and changed values. A change can show its old and new values. **None** means there was no value on that side of the change; a dash means the row has no information for that column.

Select the arrow in **Expand** when a row has more detail. The expanded area can show longer **Before** and **After** text, affected items, sections, images, or notes. **Expand all** opens the expandable rows currently shown, and **Collapse all** closes them.

Compare a recorded change with the product's current information on **Recipes** before making a correction. An older history value may have been changed again later.

## Load older changes

Select **Load more** below the table when older matching records are available. They are added to the current list. If loading fails, the existing rows remain and **Retry** requests the next page again. Applying new filters starts a new result list.
