# Details

Use **Details** to maintain the shared information for a retail plan. It includes the plan name and date range, tags, assignees, **Event roles**, notes, **Plan Flowers**, markups, and settings available to your workspace.

The date range matters beyond list organization. It also determines whether the plan can be active for Retail Quick Reference on a given day. **Plan Flowers** is the plan's shared flower palette. It can help product setup, but individual product ingredients still belong on **Recipes**.
