# Use Retail Quick Reference

Open the retail plan's **Build** tab to use Retail Quick Reference. This is a shared staff reference for looking up product recipes and preparing a combined ingredient pull list. It includes qualifying recipes from all active retail plans in the workspace, not only the plan you have open.

Review the plan's dates and product information before asking staff to use it. Staff choose their pull-list quantities in the reference. Those choices do not change the quantities saved on the retail plan or record movements in Inventory.

The same workspace link is available from **Build** and **Retail Settings**. Use the copy icon beside **Quick Reference URL** to copy it, then paste it into a browser to review the staff view. The QR code icon provides a code to scan on a phone. ## Check active-plan availability

Retail Quick Reference includes recipes listed directly in a plan whose start and end dates include today. Recipes inside groups are not included. Neither plan templates nor inactive plans appear. When a product is missing, check its plan's dates and whether the product is inside a group.

## Review what staff can see

Anyone with the link can open it without a FlowerBuddy account. Opening a product shows its images, description, ingredients, estimated labor time, and Florist Notes under **Notes**. Share the link only with people who should see that team information.

Staff select **Add to Pull List** and adjust the product quantity with the plus and minus controls. **View Pull List** combines the ingredients for that selection; **Clear List** removes the temporary selection. This is a preparation list, not a customer order or a record of stock leaving Inventory.
