# Tasks

The template **Tasks** tab is where you prepare the reusable task structure for plans created from this template. It has the same task concepts as the main Tasks page, but the work here is a starting setup rather than active production work.

Create a task or group when the same work should begin with future plans. Use clear task names, optional assignees, and due-date rules that remain meaningful when a plan is created. Keep actual progress and one-off work on the real retail plan.
