# Insights

The template **Insights** tab is currently marked beta in FlowerBuddy Retail. It helps you review the estimated sales mix and direct-cost mix configured in a reusable template. It is not an accounting report or a replacement for reviewing the template's product details and prices.

## Product Tier Distribution

**Product Tier Distribution** shows each tier's share of estimated sales. FlowerBuddy calculates that share from each product's selling price multiplied by its quantity, so it is not a count of product designs. Products without a tier appear under **No Tier**, as in the example.

For example, if Standard products account for $240 of $400 in estimated sales and Deluxe products account for $160, the chart shows 60% Standard and 40% Deluxe. Changing a product's tier changes its grouping, not its selling price. A template with no estimated selling value has no distribution to display, so review product quantities and prices on **Recipes** first.

## Plan Costs Breakdown

**Plan Costs Breakdown** compares **Flowers**, **Waste**, **Hard Goods**, and **Labor**. Use it to compare those direct-cost categories, then open **Recipes** to review the product quantities and underlying costs.

The chart does not separately show every overhead category or provide a complete accounting view. Review the template's **Details** and **Recipes** tabs before using it to compare template setups.
