# Reports

**Reports** provides workspace-wide tables for event, payment, and tax information. It helps a florist compare records across events without opening each event page.

Use **Events** for event dates, status, people, and planning amounts. Use **Payments** for one row per scheduled balance or recorded payment. Use **Taxes** for one row per tax line applied to an event. Reports read current data. They do not post a payment, change an event, or file a tax return.

Reports are different from an event's **History**, which records actions on one event. The Inventory **Report** tab is also separate: it compares selected hard-good needs with stock.

Start by choosing the correct tab and its date and status filters, then select **Refresh**. The Events tab starts with **Booked** selected. Use **Reset** when you want to clear the current report filters. The table tools only work with the loaded result, so refresh after changing a filter.
