# Find and organize retail plans

Use **Search** to find a retail plan by name. The list can also be sorted by plan name, date, or **Est. Sales**, which helps when several seasonal plans overlap.

Read the full date range before opening a plan. It indicates when the plan is intended to guide retail preparation and, when a Retail Quick Reference link is configured, when its recipes can be included there.

Tags and assignees help a team organize responsibility. Add a tag for a collection or selling channel, for example, and assign the plan to the people who need to review it. These controls are available only when you can edit the plan.

Use the row action menu for plan-specific work. It keeps copying, creating a template, and deleting separate from opening the plan itself.

## Review the collection

Use the column heading controls to sort the visible plans by name, date, or **Est. Sales**. Sorting is useful when you need to review the next selling period, compare plans of a similar size, or find an older collection without changing it. Search narrows the list by plan name, so use a distinctive collection or season name when creating plans.

**Est. Sales** is the sum FlowerBuddy currently expects from the products in that plan. It changes when product quantities or selling prices change. It is useful for comparing plans, but it does not prove what has sold and should not be used as a payment or accounting total.

## Use tags and assignees

Open a plan and use **Details** to maintain tags and assignees. For example, a florist might tag a plan "Winter counter" and assign it to the person who reviews purchasing. Tags help group related plans; assignees clarify who should look after the plan. Neither control changes the products, ingredients, or selling prices.
