# Use the profile menu

The profile menu is the account button in the upper-right corner of FlowerBuddy. It combines the active workspace summary with links for your account and, when available, workspace management.

## Review the active workspace

Select your profile picture or account icon. The workspace card shows its name, owner email, and member count. This confirms the workspace whose events, plans, and shared settings you are viewing.

The profile menu below shows the workspace card above the action links.

## Open account or workspace settings

Select **Account** for [Account Settings](/reference/account-settings.md), including your picture, name, password entry point, and consent links. Select **Manage** for [Workspace Settings](/reference/workspace-settings.md) when you can manage that shared page. **Manage** is not shown to members who do not have that page access.

The workspace summary is not a substitute for the Members or Roles settings. Use Workspace Settings to manage the business, team membership, role definitions, subscriptions, and workspace email choices.

## Sign out

Select **Log Out** to end the current FlowerBuddy session and return to account access. Signing out does not remove your account from a workspace or change workspace settings. See [Log in and log out](/reference/account-access/log-in-and-log-out.md) for the sign-in fields and alternate access paths.
