# FlowerBuddy navigation

FlowerBuddy's signed-in navigation has two parts: the sidebar for pages and the profile menu for account and workspace choices. The sidebar groups pages under **Events**, **Retail**, and **Data** after the main Dashboard, Calendar, Tasks, and Purchasing destinations.

What appears for you can differ from another member's sidebar. A page can be unavailable because the workspace does not have the needed subscription or feature, because a connected service is required, or because your workspace role does not allow that page. For example, **Accounting** appears only when the workspace has the required QuickBooks access and Accounting Review setup. Ask the workspace owner if a page you need is unavailable.

The profile menu shows the active workspace and leads to your personal **Account** settings. Members who can manage workspace settings also see **Manage**. Use [Account Settings](/reference/account-settings.md) for your own profile and [Workspace Settings](/reference/workspace-settings.md) for business, team, and subscription settings.

The populated sidebar below shows the page groups and the active-page highlight. Your available list may be shorter.
