Log

The Log tab is the newest-first history of Inventory quantity actions. It is separate from an event's History tab and from a purchase order's details.

Choose Item to investigate one hard good or Event to investigate allocations for one event. Expand a row to see the movement type, entered quantity, losses or sales where applicable, the resulting Total and stage quantities, its event, and notes. This makes it possible to distinguish a count correction from a purchase or a return.

For example, filter to a vase and expand a Receive row to check whether a one-piece shortage was entered as lost. Follow it with the Stock row to confirm the received pieces became available. See Filter and review inventory movements for the movement meanings and pagination.
