Find, filter, and export inventory
Use these controls to make a large Inventory list practical without changing its records.
Find the rows you need
Type an item name, category, color, or visible detail into Search. Then select Category or Color to narrow the current result. Remove the search text or clear a selection to return to a wider list. For example, search vase, then select the clear color when preparing a count for clear containers.
Choose Compact, Standard, or Expanded to change the amount of row detail. This is a personal viewing choice. It does not update quantities, locations, or item details.

Export the current list
Set the search and filters first, then select Export CSV. The download includes the filtered Inventory rows with their item information, location, supplier details where available, and tracked quantities. The screen calls the checked-out stage Rented; the CSV header for that value is Quantity Pulled. Review the file before sending it outside the workspace.
A useful example is filtering to one category before a physical count. The CSV then contains that category's rows rather than every inventory item. Exporting does not reserve stock or save a report configuration. Use Log when the question is why a quantity changed rather than what the present count is.
