Share or embed a form
Share a form by copying its public link, or embed it in your website with the code FlowerBuddy provides. The embed uses the width available in your website's layout and adjusts its height as the form content changes.
Copy the public link
Open the Forms tab.
Find the form you want to share.
Select the share icon. Its tooltip is Copy sharable form link.
Paste the copied link into the site, message, or other approved place where recipients should open the form.
The link opens the public form without requiring the recipient to sign in. Use Preview a public form to inspect it before distributing the link.
Copy the embed code
Find the form in the Forms collection.
Select the code icon. Its tooltip is View embed code.
In Embed Form, select Copy embed code.
Paste the complete code into your website's HTML or embed block, using the site's normal editing process.
Preview the website on a wide and narrow screen. Check that the whole form and its submit button are accessible.
The code includes an iframe that displays the form and a script that adjusts its height. Keep both parts together. If your website editor removes scripts, automatic resizing will not work; use a block that supports the complete embed code or provide the public form link instead.
The Embed Form dialog provides the complete code in one copy action.

To update an older website embed, replace its existing code with a fresh copy from this dialog. The form fits the width of the website block that contains it. If it still appears narrow, review the width of that block in your website editor.
Sharing a link opens the form as its own page. Embedding places it inside your website. Both use the same saved form settings and fields; updating an embed does not require creating another form.
The share and code icons appear together at the right side of a form row.
