Duplicate a form

Duplicate a form when an existing question set is a useful starting point for another intake process. The copy includes the form's settings, design, and fields, so review it before sharing the new link.

Make a copy

1. Open the Forms tab.

2. Find the form you want to reuse.

3. Select its duplicate icon. The row action is labeled Duplicate form when you hover over it.

FlowerBuddy creates a new form with the original name followed by (Copy). The copy is a separate form. Changes to the copy do not edit the original, and a copied form has its own public link.

The duplicate action is one of the icons at the right side of each form row.

Open the copy in the Form Editor and check its event template, public return behavior, confirmation text, and fields. Do not share the copied link until the questions and event-creation choice match the new purpose.
