# Duplicate a form

Duplicate a form when an existing question set is a useful starting point for another intake process. The copy includes the form's settings, design, and fields, so review it before sharing the new link.

## Make a copy

1. Open the **Forms** tab.
2. Find the form you want to reuse.
3. Select its duplicate icon. The row action is labeled **Duplicate form** when you hover over it.

FlowerBuddy creates a new form with the original name followed by **(Copy)**. The copy is a separate form. Changes to the copy do not edit the original, and a copied form has its own public link.

The duplicate action is one of the icons at the right side of each form row.

Open the copy in the [Form Editor](/reference/forms/form-editor.md) and check its event template, public return behavior, confirmation text, and fields. Do not share the copied link until the questions and event-creation choice match the new purpose.
