Delete a form

Delete a form when the question set and its public link should no longer be used. Deleting the saved form is different from archiving a response on the Form Submissions tab.

Remove the saved form

1. Open the Forms tab.

2. Find the form you want to remove.

3. Select its delete icon.

4. Check the form name in the confirmation dialog.

5. Select Delete.

Select Cancel when the form should remain available. After deletion, do not continue sharing the old public link. Review Archive, restore, or delete form submissions when the record you want to remove is a response rather than the form itself.

The delete icon is one of the row actions in the Forms collection.
