# Form collection

The **Forms** tab lists the saved forms in your workspace. Each row shows the form's **Name** and **Description**. The description is for organizing the collection. It is not displayed on the public form.

The row actions let you edit the form, duplicate it, delete it, copy its public link, or view the iframe code used to embed it. The [Form Editor](/reference/forms/form-editor.md) owns the form's questions and public presentation.

## Create and manage forms

* [Create a form](/reference/forms/forms/create-a-form.md) starts a named form with an internal description.
* [Duplicate a form](/reference/forms/forms/duplicate-a-form.md) copies an existing setup so you can adapt it for another intake process.
* [Share or embed a form](/reference/forms/forms/share-and-embed-a-form.md) provides the public link or iframe code.
* [Delete a form](/reference/forms/forms/delete-a-form.md) removes a saved form after you confirm the form name.

The collection keeps forms separate from their responses. Open the **Form Submissions** tab when you need to review what people have submitted.

The row below shows the collection's action icons beside a saved form.
