Form collection

The Forms tab lists the saved forms in your workspace. Each row shows the form's Name and Description. The description is for organizing the collection. It is not displayed on the public form.

The row actions let you edit the form, duplicate it, delete it, copy its public link, or view the iframe code used to embed it. The Form Editor owns the form's questions and public presentation.

Create and manage forms

• Create a form starts a named form with an internal description.

• Duplicate a form copies an existing setup so you can adapt it for another intake process.

• Share or embed a form provides the public link or iframe code.

• Delete a form removes a saved form after you confirm the form name.

The collection keeps forms separate from their responses. Open the Form Submissions tab when you need to review what people have submitted.
