View form submission details

Open a submission's details when the grid columns do not show enough of the response. The details dialog lists the field label and the saved answer.

Open the answer list

1. Open Forms > Form Submissions.

2. Select the view that contains the response.

3. In the response row, select the view-details action.

4. Review the Form Details dialog.

5. Select Close to return to the submissions grid.

FlowerBuddy displays values according to their field type:

• Generic text, number, and choice fields show the answer beside the question text.

• Event Date shows the saved date in the workspace's date format.

• Contact Details shows the collected name, email, phone, address, or company values.

• Professional Contact shows the selected professional contact values.

• Recipe Quantity shows each selected recipe and its quantity.

• Timeline Item shows its saved date, time, and location values.

If a response has no linked event date, the submission still remains reviewable. Use Create an event from a form submission when the response should become an event.

The details dialog is a read view of the saved response. Change the form's future questions in the Form Editor rather than expecting an existing response to be rewritten.
