# Review and find form submissions

Use the **Form Submissions** tab to review responses without opening each public form separately.

## Choose the response view

1. Open the **Forms** page.
2. Select **Form Submissions**.
3. Choose **Active** for responses still in the working list, or **Archived** to review responses you have set aside.

The tab shows a count for each view. A response created from a form can have a linked event, but a response without an event remains in the submission list until you create or otherwise handle the event.

## Search and filter the grid

Use **Search submissions** to find a response by submitter name, submitter email, form name, or event name. Use **Columns** to choose which grid columns are visible and **Filters** for column-specific filtering. Select a column header to sort by that column.

The main columns are:

* **Submitted**: the date and time FlowerBuddy received the response.
* **Submitted By**: the contact name from the response. Select the name to copy the available email address.
* **Event**: the linked event, when one exists. Select the event name to open its Event Page.
* **Event Date**: the date supplied by the response or the linked event.

The row actions open the response details, start event creation, or change the response's active or archived status. Use [View form submission details](/reference/forms/form-submissions/view-submission-details.md) to read all answers.

When no responses have been saved, the tab shows the empty state described on the [Form Submissions overview](/reference/forms/form-submissions.md). When responses exist, this same tab displays the grid and its toolbar.
