Examples include a planner, venue contact, or other vendor. ## Add a Professional Contact field 1. Select **Add Field** and choose **Professional Contact**. 2. Enter **Question Text (appears as bold)** to explain whose information you want. 3. Add description text when the recipient needs context. 4. Turn on the sub-fields that are useful: **Name**, **Email**, **Phone**, **Company**, **Website**, or **Role**. 5. Use each sub-field's **Required** switch for values that must be supplied. The **Name** sub-field is enabled for the contact field. A Professional Contact field does not make the person a client or a workspace member. It records the relationship information supplied in the response. Use **Contact Details** instead when the information belongs to the person submitting the form. Both field types can appear on the same form when you need both the client's information and a professional contact. This example asks for a planner or venue contact. The name is required, while Company, Website, and Role are available as optional answers.
