# Style a form and set confirmation text

Use **Form Design** to make the public form match the experience around it and to explain what happens after a response is saved.

## Update the appearance

1. Open the form in the **Form Editor** and go to **Form Design**.
2. Select **Upload Logo** to add a logo, or **Remove Logo** when the existing logo should no longer appear.
3. Choose **Background Color**, **Primary Text Color**, and **Secondary Text Color**.
4. Choose **Primary Font** for field headings and intro text, and **Secondary Font** for helper text.

The current editor shows the colors as swatches with their hex values. The public page uses these settings for its form content.

## Set the public messages

* Enter **Intro Text** for the text before the questions.
* Enter **Submit button text** when the button should use a label other than **Submit**. Leave it blank to use **Submit**.
* Enter **Redirect on submit** when visitors should be sent to a site address after their answers are saved. Leave it blank to show the confirmation page.
* Enter **Confirmation Text** for the message shown after a successful submission.
* Enter **Email Confirmation Text** for the client confirmation sent when the form collects a primary email address through **Contact Details**.

These messages appear in different places. **Confirmation Text** is on the public page; **Email Confirmation Text** is in the client email. FlowerBuddy uses a standard confirmation message when no custom email text has been saved. Editing the message does not enable or disable email sending. The florist also receives a submission notification, separate from this client message.

The editor saves each setting as you finish changing its field.

The design controls are grouped together above the form fields.
