# Form Design

**Form Design** controls the public form's appearance and the messages around submission. It does not change the questions or the saved response data.

You can upload or remove a logo, choose the **Background Color**, **Primary Text Color**, and **Secondary Text Color**, and select **Primary Font** and **Secondary Font**. **Intro Text** appears before the questions. **Confirmation Text** appears after a successful submission, and **Email Confirmation Text** supplies the response message sent to the submitter when an email address is collected.

The editor also provides **Submit button text**. Leave it blank to use **Submit**. **Redirect on submit** can send visitors to the specified URL after their answers are saved; leave it blank to show the confirmation page instead.
