Form Design
Form Design controls the public form's appearance and the messages around submission. It does not change the questions or the saved response data.
You can upload or remove a logo, choose the Background Color, Primary Text Color, and Secondary Text Color, and select Primary Font and Secondary Font. Intro Text appears before the questions. Confirmation Text appears after a successful submission, and Email Confirmation Text supplies the response message sent to the submitter when an email address is collected.
The editor also provides Submit button text. Leave it blank to use Submit. Redirect on submit can send visitors to the specified URL after their answers are saved; leave it blank to show the confirmation page instead.
Use Style a form and set confirmation text to update these settings. Use Preview a public form to check the result without submitting an inquiry.
