# Recipe Templates

The **Recipe Templates** tab stores reusable floral designs and other priced recipe work. Use it when you want to start an event recipe from a saved design instead of adding the same flowers, hard goods, labor, notes, and pricing again.

A recipe template is different from an event template. An event template is a reusable starting setup for a whole event. A recipe template is one reusable design or cost that you can add to an event. When you edit a saved recipe template, recipes already copied into events do not update automatically.

The tab provides creation buttons above the library, filters and search controls, template cards, pagination, and selection controls for bulk actions. The cards show the saved image when one exists, the template name, its type, price when available, notes, and tags.

The populated library below shows the creation buttons, filter area, and saved template cards together. Use the controls in this region to find the design you want before opening or selecting it.

## Create and manage reusable designs

Choose the template type that matches what you are saving:

* **Recipe** stores flowers, hard goods, labor, and the pricing and notes for a floral design.
* **Fixed** stores a fixed amount of work or cost without the flower recipe structure.
* **Percent** stores a percentage-based cost.
* **Group** keeps several recipes or costs together as one offering when that is how you want the work presented.

Open a card to edit its details. You can also select cards for bulk updates, such as adding a tag or image. ## Find the right template

Use the search and filter region to narrow the cards by template name, recipe name, tags, and available product identifiers. When **Product Details** is enabled for your workspace, the library can also expose **Product Code** and **Product Tier** filters.

## Apply library changes consistently

After selecting templates, the action bar can add a tag, add a recipe image, or delete the selected templates. A workspace with Flower Clique access can also show **Flower Clique Export**. That export depends on Flower Clique membership and a connected integration.
