# Manage saved Build PDF configurations

Create a saved document configuration when your team wants a repeatable PDF setup. The configuration is shared across the workspace, so another event can use it without recreating the choices. A generated PDF can contain internal costs, notes, images, quantities, and production instructions, so review its enabled sections before sharing it outside the team.

## Create a configuration

1. Open **Event Settings** and select **Build PDF**.
2. Select **New Configuration**.
3. Enter a **Name** and, if helpful, a **Description**.
4. Choose the **Accent Color**, **Document Size**, and **Date Format**.
5. Turn **Digital Instructions QR Code** and **Table Grid Lines** on or off.
6. Choose the document sections and their options.
7. Select **Create**.

At least one document section must be enabled. The configuration dialog explains what each setting changes in the generated PDF.

## Choose the document format

Use the format controls to set the overall document before choosing its sections:

* **Accent Color** changes PDF section headers and other accent elements.
* **Document Size** offers **Compact**, **Normal**, and **Large** spacing and type choices.
* **Date Format** controls event and footer dates in the PDF.
* **Digital Instructions QR Code** adds or removes the QR code that links to digital build instructions.
* **Table Grid Lines** adds vertical grid lines in addition to horizontal lines.

## Choose the first pages

* **Title Page** for a cover page.
* **Event Summary** for event details, notes, and timeline date choices.
* **Delivery Checklist** for other-item rows and recipe grouping.

## Choose hard-good pages

* **Hard Goods Pull List** for item images, hard-good prices, and image size.
* **Hard Goods Delivery Location Page** for grouping by location or recipe, item images, delivered checkboxes, and image size.
* **Hard Goods Strike Page** for item images and image size.

## Choose recipe pages

* **Recipe Pages** for recipe images, image display mode and size, recipe notes, unit prices, quantities, flowers and hard goods tables, item images and prices, totals, and table layout choices.

Use the section controls to match the internal work the PDF supports. A production pull list needs different options from a summary, and any enabled cost or notes sections should be reviewed before the PDF is shared.

## Edit, reuse, or delete a saved configuration

In **Saved Document Configurations**, select **Edit** on the configuration row to change its name, description, or settings. In the editor, select **Save Changes** to apply the edit. From an event's PDF build controls, select the saved configuration when you want that event to use the shared choices. To remove a configuration, select **Delete**, confirm the warning in **Delete Saved Document Configuration**, and select **Delete** again. The delete action cannot be undone, and the shared entry may be used by other team members.
