Build PDF

The Build PDF tab manages saved document configurations that can be reused when building event PDFs. A saved configuration keeps document size, dates, colors, tables, images, instructions, and section choices together so a team can use a consistent build setup across events.

Saved configurations are shared across the workspace and can be reused from any event. They are separate from the event-specific PDF build result.

The image below shows the shared Saved Document Configurations area.

The Build PDF tab is selected in Event Settings. The Saved Document Configurations area says saved configurations are shared across the workspace and can be reused from any event, with a New Configuration button.

Use Manage saved Build PDF configurations to create, edit, reuse, or delete a shared configuration. For generating and reviewing the PDF from an event, see Print and PDF configurations.
