# Build PDF

The Build PDF tab manages saved document configurations that can be reused when building event PDFs. A saved configuration keeps document size, dates, colors, tables, images, instructions, and section choices together so a team can use a consistent build setup across events.

Saved configurations are shared across the workspace and can be reused from any event. They are separate from the event-specific PDF build result.

The image below shows the shared Saved Document Configurations area.
