Manually confirm event amendments

Amendments track changes against an event's agreed version, such as adding arrangements or changing quantities after signing. Manual confirmation accepts those changes without asking the client to review and sign them through the Client Portal.

Manual confirmation cannot be undone. FlowerBuddy generates an unsigned document recording the action, which the client can view and download. Use client review and signing instead when you want their e-signature.

An event with pending changes shows Amended in its summary. Select it, then Manually Confirm Amendments, to review the changes and warning. Selecting the acknowledgement reveals the required client-visible Notes field.

Review and confirm the changes

1. Open the event and select Amended in the summary above the tabs.

2. Select Manually Confirm Amendments.

3. Review the list of changes in the dialog, including quantities, prices, or dates that have changed.

4. Read the warning and select I understand and want to continue only when you intend to bypass client signing.

5. Enter Notes explaining the changes. These notes are required and visible to clients.

6. Select Manually Confirm Amendments to confirm.

The pending amendments clear, and the updated agreement becomes the basis for later changes. The generated document is available with the event's contract documents on Details, under Files.
