# Filter, expand, and load event history

Open the event and select **History**. You must be the workspace owner to view this tab.

## Filter the audit trail

Choose one or more values in these filters:

* **Line Item** limits the results to selected event line items.
* **User** limits the results to selected workspace members.
* **Action** limits the results to selected activity types.
* **Target** limits the results to selected kinds of records.
* **Date range** limits the results to a beginning date and time, an ending date and time, or both.

Select **Apply** after changing a filter. FlowerBuddy replaces the current table with the first page of results that matches the applied filters. Multiple selected values within one filter include rows matching any of those values. Filters in different fields narrow the results together.

Select **Clear** to remove every filter and reload the unfiltered first page. If no rows match the current filters, History shows **No history yet**.

## Expand changes

The **Changes** column can show a field in `before to after` form. For example, a status can show **Inquiry to Booked**. A value of **None** means that side had no value. A dash means the row has no information for that column.

When a row contains more information, select its arrow in **Expand**. The expanded area remains attached to the row and can include:

* Long text with **Before** and **After** values.
* **Affected items**, **Affected sections**, or **Affected images**.
* A group change or notes.
* QuickBooks cash-receipt details, including the payment, amount, source, and QuickBooks identifiers.
* QuickBooks revenue-recognition details, including the amount and journal-entry identifiers.

When at least one visible row can expand, select **Expand all** to open those rows together. Select **Collapse all** to close them. Rows without additional details are not affected.

## Load older records

When older matching records are available, select **Load more** below the table. FlowerBuddy appends the next page to the rows already shown. The button displays **Loading...** while the next page loads.

If the next page fails, FlowerBuddy keeps the rows already loaded and displays **Unable to load more history.** Select **Retry** to request that page again. Changing filters and selecting **Apply** starts a new first page for the new filter set.
