# History

**History** shows changes made to the event, who made each change, and when. An entry can include the affected recipe or other item and its before-and-after values. Use it to review what happened; it does not undo changes.

The **History** tab is available only to the workspace owner. If you need to understand a change and cannot see **History**, ask the workspace owner to review it.

Use the filters to narrow the activity, expand a row to read details that do not fit in the table, and select **Load more** to retrieve older matching records.

The History tab combines filters with the event's audit rows, including the user, action, target, and expandable changes.
