History

History shows changes made to the event, who made each change, and when. An entry can include the affected recipe or other item and its before-and-after values. Use it to review what happened; it does not undo changes.

The History tab is available only to the workspace owner. If you need to understand a change and cannot see History, ask the workspace owner to review it.

Use the filters to narrow the activity, expand a row to read details that do not fit in the table, and select Load more to retrieve older matching records.

The History tab combines filters with the event's audit rows, including the user, action, target, and expandable changes.

Earlier proposals and signed documents

History helps you investigate an edit, such as a changed quantity or deleted line item. It does not store a complete, restorable proposal for every date, and it cannot reopen an old quote as an editable version.

Use the current Proposal tab for the current presentation. Use Details > Files to find saved contract documents when you need to review an earlier agreement. A pending amendment compares changed values with their agreed baseline; it is not a list of all past proposals.

If you need to keep a quote exactly as presented before revising it, download a Proposal PDF and retain that file.
