Print Build Tags
Build Tags are printable labels for the event and its arrangements. Use Generic Tags for event or location labels, and Recipe Tags when a label should identify a particular recipe. They are separate from the detailed Build instructions.
Open the event's Build tab and select Build Tags. Turn on the tag types you want to include in the PDF.
Create generic tags
Generic tags can show your logo, an accent color, a location, and a QR code for the shared Build page. The dialog keeps these choices together.

Turn on Generic Tags.
Choose whether to show an accent color, a QR code, and your logo.
Leave Show Location off to enter one Quantity (4 Per Page) for the event.
Turn Show Location on instead when you want labels for individual event locations, then enter the quantity for each listed location.
If no locations are available, add the needed locations on Details or turn off Show Location. Generic tags print four per page. For example, you could print one label for each box of supplies going to a particular venue.
Create recipe tags
Recipe tags identify the arrangements to be made. Their default quantities follow the event's recipe quantities, including the quantity calculations for recipes in groups.

Turn on Recipe Tags.
Choose the accent color, QR code, logo, and location display options.
Keep the default quantities when you need a tag for each arrangement.
Select Customize Recipe Tag Quantities when you need a different number, then enter the tag quantity beside each recipe.
Customizing tag quantities changes the printed labels, not the number of arrangements in the event. Reset Quantities clears custom quantities. Use Recipe Quantities returns to the quantities calculated from the recipes. Recipe tags print eight per page.
Preview and print
Select View to generate and inspect the tag PDF, or Download to download it. At least one tag type must be enabled. Check the names, quantities, locations, and page count before printing from the PDF viewer or your downloaded file.
The PDF includes the tag types you enabled: generic tags, recipe tags, or both. This example shows how individual recipe tags are arranged on the printed page.

Use Accent Color at the top of the settings to choose the event's tag color. The Show Accent Color switches determine which tag types display it.
If you include QR codes, confirm that the shared Build page is published and its expiration settings allow the intended recipients to open it. A printed QR code does not make an unavailable shared page accessible.
