# Review form submissions on the Dashboard

The Dashboard **Form submissions** panel is a compact inbox for active submissions. It helps you notice new contact information without leaving the Dashboard. Use the full Form Submissions list when you need to review all submissions or take actions that are not available in the compact panel.

When the workspace has no active submissions, the panel shows **No active submissions**. The panel also shows the active count and the link to the full list.

## Active submissions

The panel includes submissions that are not archived. It shows up to five active submissions. Each row can show:

* the submitter's name, or email when no name is available
* how long ago the submission arrived
* the linked event name and event date, or **No linked event**
* actions for viewing the answers, creating an event, or archiving the submission

When a submitter has an email address, select the submitter name to copy the address. FlowerBuddy confirms the action with **Email copied!**

The row actions have different effects:

* **View form submission** opens the submission's answer details.
* **Create event from form submission** opens the event-creation flow with the submission data. After the event is created, FlowerBuddy archives the submission and opens the new Event Page.
* **Archive form submission** asks for confirmation, then removes the submission from the active Dashboard panel. You can restore it from **Archived** on the full Form Submissions page.

## Open the full list

Select **See all submissions** to open the Forms page with the Form Submissions view selected. Use that view when you need the complete submission list, archived records, or the full set of row actions.

The Dashboard panel and the full Form Submissions view use the same workspace submissions. Archiving a submission in the full view removes it from the active Dashboard panel.

## Loading, errors, and empty data

While the panel loads, it shows loading placeholders. If the submissions cannot be loaded, it shows **Couldn’t load form submissions.** and a **Retry** action. Selecting **Retry** requests the panel data again.

An empty panel with **No active submissions** means the request completed and no unarchived submission is available for the active workspace. It is different from the loading and error states.
