# Product Tiers

Product Code and Product Tier controls are not enabled for every workspace. The tabs and related recipe filters appear only when these features are available.

**Product Tiers** are versions of a retail product that you define, such as Standard, Deluxe, or Premium. A tier is different from a Product Code, which identifies a product, and a tag, which groups records for finding and organization.

Use **Product Count** to review where a tier is used. Product Tiers appear when product details are enabled for your workspace.

The Product Tiers table shows each tier's current product use with edit and delete actions for shared maintenance.
