Product Tiers

Product Code and Product Tier controls are not enabled for every workspace. The tabs and related recipe filters appear only when these features are available.

Product Tiers are versions of a retail product that you define, such as Standard, Deluxe, or Premium. A tier is different from a Product Code, which identifies a product, and a tag, which groups records for finding and organization.

Create and assign tiers

Create a tier from a product's Product Tier field: type a name, then select the Add option, such as Add 'Deluxe'. Standard, Deluxe, and Premium are example names, not built-in choices.

• For a saved custom recipe, open its card in Retail Library > Recipes and use the Product Tier field in the template editor. See Add a tier to a saved recipe.

• For a product in a retail plan, expand it on Recipes and select Edit Product Identifiers under Product Details. See Add a tier to a plan product.

Maintain shared tiers

Core Data > Product Tiers has no Create button. Use this tab after creating tiers to review Product Count, rename a shared tier, or delete it. Product Tiers appear when product details are enabled for your workspace.

The Product Tiers table shows each tier's current product use with edit and delete actions for shared maintenance.
