# Clients

The **Clients** tab stores reusable people your business serves. Search and sort the list by name, company, email, phone, address, or event count to find the record you need.

A client's role and signer status belong to an individual event. Manage those choices from the event's Contact Info section. This tab manages the shared person and their contact information.

Adding a client does not create a FlowerBuddy login or give that person workspace access. Use [Members](/reference/workspace-settings/members.md) when you need to invite a florist or team member into the workspace.
