# Update your personal information

The **Personal Information** section identifies you inside FlowerBuddy. It contains your account Email, First Name, and Last Name. The Email field is displayed for reference but is not editable from Account Settings.

## Edit your name

1. Open **Account Settings** and select **Account**.
2. In **Personal Information**, select **Edit**.
3. Update **First Name** or **Last Name**.
4. Select **Save**.

After you select **Edit**, the two name fields become available while Email stays disabled. The image below shows that distinction.

Your saved name is used for your account. It does not rename a workspace, change its client-facing brand email, or change a member's workspace role. Use [Workspace Settings](/reference/workspace-settings.md) for shared business and team information.

## Review your currency

The **Currency** section shows the currency selected during account creation. FlowerBuddy displays it here with a note that it cannot be changed. It is not a setting for one event or retail plan.
