# Account Settings

**Account Settings** is where you manage the details that identify you as a FlowerBuddy user. An account is your login and personal profile. It is different from a workspace, which is the shared place for a business and its team.

Use the **Account** tab to manage your picture, name, password entry point, and displayed currency. Use **User Agreement & Consent** to review FlowerBuddy's terms, privacy policy, and consent choices. Your login email is shown on the Account tab but cannot be changed there.

Business information, team access, subscriptions, display choices, notification settings, and the client-facing brand email belong to [Workspace Settings](/reference/workspace-settings.md). A brand email can differ from your login email, so use the workspace setting when you need to change the address clients see.

The Account tab keeps personal settings together. The picture, name, password, and currency sections are separate choices.

## Account tab

Your **Profile Picture** appears with your account in FlowerBuddy. **Personal Information** shows your Email, First Name, and Last Name. Select **Edit** in that section to change the two name fields. The Email field remains read-only because it is your account's login address.

**Change Password** starts the password-reset process for the email on your account. **Currency** is chosen when the account is created and is displayed here for reference.

## User Agreement & Consent tab

The **User Agreement & Consent** tab contains links to **Terms of Use**, **Privacy Policy**, and **Consent Preferences**. These are account-level reference and consent controls. They do not change workspace settings or membership.
