Authorize e-signature, contracts, workspace owner, revoke authorization

Summary

Before clients can sign contracts using FlowerBuddy's built-in e-signature process, the workspace owner must authorize FlowerBuddy to apply their e-signature. Once authorized, FlowerBuddy can automatically sign contracts on your behalf. You can revoke this authorization at any time.

Instructions

  • If you see a warning that FlowerBuddy has not been authorized to apply your e-signature, begin the authorization process using either the Authorize Now button in the warning banner or by going to Event Settings > Contracts and selecting Authorize Now.

  • In the confirmation dialog, check the confirmation box.

  • Click Send Code.

  • Enter the verification code into the dialog and complete the authorization.

  • After authorization, FlowerBuddy can automatically apply your e-signature to contracts.

  • To remove authorization later, go to Event Settings > Contracts and click Revoke.

  • Remember that without this authorization, clients cannot sign contracts using the built-in e-signature process.
