Understanding Subscription Plans and Payment History

Manage your plan, billing methods, and view FlowerBuddy payment records

Summary

The Subscription and Payment History tabs in the Workspace Settings page help you manage your FlowerBuddy plan, billing methods, and financial records. You can compare available plans, update your payment information, and track all charges and credits associated with your workspace.

Instructions

  • Open Workspace Settings and go to the Subscription tab.

  • Review and select from the available subscription plans:

    • Scalable Starter Plan (default):

      • No monthly fee

      • 2% booking fee

      • 0.5% invoicing fee (if using Stripe)

      • Unlimited free event creation; charges apply only when booking

    • Scalable Pro Plan:

      • $30/month

      • 1% booking fee

      • No invoicing fee

    • Unlimited Plan:

      • $1,800/year or $200/month (12-month commitment)

      • Includes 2 workspace seats

      • Option to add more seats for an additional cost

  • Manage your payment method:

    • Scroll to the Payment Method section

    • Add, edit, or delete your payment method as needed

  • Go to the Payment History tab to view:

    • All past payments made to FlowerBuddy

    • Invoice records

    • Any FlowerBuddy credits earned or spent
