Summary
The Members tab in FlowerBuddy's Workspace Settings page allows you to manage team members, invite new users, and control the number of seats available in your workspace subscription. This ensures your team has the right access and that your subscription matches your team's needs.
Instructions
Go to the Workspace Settings and open the Members tab.
View a list of current workspace members and their assigned roles.
To invite a new member:
Enter their email address
Click Send Email
The invitee will appear with the role Invited
Once accepted, their role updates to Member
To remove a member:
Click the trash can icon next to their name
To manage seat availability:
Go to the Subscription tab
Scroll to the Workspace Seats section
View how many seats are included and how many are currently in use
Click Manage Seat to add or remove seats
Use the plus/minus buttons to update your seat count
Once seats are added, return to the Members tab to invite more users.
